Every piece starts on Lali Spihlmann's worktable in Lima: each flower is printed, then torn and placed by hand, the paper keeps its deckled edges, and every set is tied with wool knotted by hand. Nothing here comes off a production line.
Her sons now bring a small selection to Switzerland. Every order is made for you in the studio and sent over in small batches, so there's no warehouse and no production line. As the studio grows, so will the collection.

All pieces are made to order in Lima, Peru, and shipped to Switzerland in batches. From there we send them on by Swiss Post. Pre-orders placed by 15 November are delivered before Christmas; we'll email you when your parcel is on its way. Shipping is free on the Blue Box and the notecard set; a single notecard is sent by letter for CHF 2.50. We currently deliver within Switzerland only.
If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Unused, non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund; return shipping is at your cost. Personalized pieces are made just for you and can't be returned unless damaged.
We only collect what's needed to handle your order or message: for messages, your name, email and what you write; for orders, your name, email, delivery address, and, for TWINT payments, your phone number. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our inbox via the service FormSubmit. We don't sell your data or use tracking cookies. This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. To see or delete your data, write to hello@spihlmann.ch.
